Stretching For Life is the new center of yoga in the Waterford area. Our yoga studio is where exceptional yoga teachers come together with a common purpose to share enthusiasm, experience, and vision to create a dynamic and entirely unique yoga learning environment in the heart of the Laker Valley. We are a Yoga Alliance State Licensed Teacher Training Facility and Continuing Education Learning Center.
Chair Yoga is a milder yoga technique practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support. It improves strength and flexibility, improved coordination and mental clarity, reduced stress, improved pain management, and the ability to meet and socialize with other people.
Thai Yoga Massage
The Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient form of yoga therapy that combines yoga postures with a touch technique. It promotes deep stretching, relaxation, and healing, improves circulation, boosts the immune system, and balance your body. Thai Yoga Massage can improve posture, breathing, flexibility, digestion, and circulation.
Known as a deep, soft, yet challenging practice, Yin Yoga focuses on a more profound, extended stretching, holding, and experiencing yoga postures. The guided classes we offer works with postures. The postures will encourage fascia release and rejuvenate the body, helping to open the lower back, hips, and sacrum.
