At Stretching for Life Yoga Studio, we know that the most authentic teachings come from personal experience. By joining our program, you will receive a world class yoga teacher training program from our friendly and warm studio. Our qualified team of teachers and guest teachers will guide you through the beginning of your yoga journey. This program provides you with the necessary tools to inspire others in an effective way, while simultaneously guiding you through a journey of personal growth both on and off the mat.
As a RYT 200 Teacher, you will gain a deeper personal relationship to yoga philosophy, with an emphasis on the alignment of asanas, modifications, and the sequencing of classes.
We are a Registered School with Yoga Alliance and when you complete your training you will be an RYT 200 Hour Yoga Teacher.
